Assist with the City's drought response by being involved in regular meetings with City staff as <br /> well as with Archer Daniels Midland(ADM):$10,000 <br /> 2. Estimate Lake Decatur yield based upon inputs to the lake from estimates of spring precipitation <br /> forecasts,current lake levels,and water withdrawal rates:$10,000 <br /> 3. With assistance from Western Hydrologics,evaluate the timing and effectiveness of staged <br /> water restrictions:$10,000 <br /> 4.
