Edward St. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the attached <br /> resolution authorizing the execution of agreement for demolition of said dwelling. <br /> BACKGROUND: The property at 720 N. Edward was put out for demolition bid along with <br /> fifteen(15) other structures. The structure at 720 N.
