RESOLUTION NO. R2026—c r1 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING BID WITH GIVSCO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR <br /> INTERIOR REMODEL AT 1170 N. ORCHARD BUILDING <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid received for the interior remodel work at 1170 Orchard Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of GIVSCO Construction Company in the amount of$173,000.00 <br /> base bid and a project contingency of 20%($34,600.00)be hereby accepted, and a purchase order <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
