ADDENDUM NO. 1 ELECTRICAL UPGRADE Bid #PUR2025-1 I The City of Decatur bid packet for Electrical Upgrade- Bid#PUR2025-I I is hereby amended as follows This addendum is a part of the contract documents and modifies the original specifications and drawings The following items shall become part of the original bidding documents: GENERAL: ITEM DESCRIPTION I A new fire alarm/carbon monoxide detection and alarm system is being included in the project. Contractor to demolish the existing fire alarm system, devices, conduit, and wiring. Contractor to provide a complete, working fire alarm system with notification devices. smoke detectors, and other items as indicated or as necessary 2. Contractor to provide combination smoke/carbon monoxide detectors where shown or indicated. Annunciation devices shall annunciate in a temporal 3 pattern for a smoke or fire alarm, and in a temporal 4 pattern for a carbon monoxide alarm. DRAWINGS: ITEM DRAWING DESCRIPTION 16001 Drawing G001 has been revised to include additional fire alarm system drawings 2 E102 The contractor shall space the CT cabinet,meter enclosure,and disconnects off the wall as necessary due to the existing conduit and natural gas pipe Use metal framing channels along with flat washers. 3. E 104 Drawing E 104-Lower-Level Fire Alarm Plan has been added to the contract documents. 1.
