ORCHARD BUILDING <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid received for the electrical service at 1170 Orchard Street, Decatur, <br /> Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Apex Electrical Solutions, Inc in the amount of$146,454.00 <br /> base bid and a project contingency of 15%($17,196.00)be hereby accepted, and a purchase order <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
