ADDENDUM NO.3 ELECTRICAL UPGRADE Bid#PUR2025-1 I The City of Decatur bid packet for Electrical Upgrade-Bid#PUR2025-I I is hereby amended as follows: This addendum is a part of the contract documents and modifies the original specifications and drawings. The following items shall become part of the original bidding documents: GENERAL: ITEM DESCRIPTION 1. Provide fire alarm system with voice notification complying with the 2021 [BC and the 2019 NFPA 101. 2. Horn/strobe devices have been changed to speaker/strobes. Refer to the revised legends on E104 and E105. DRAWINGS: ITEM DRAWING DESCRIPTION 1. E104 Provide speaker/strobes as indicated on the attached revised drawing 2. E104 Two manual pull stations have been added at the lower level. 3. E105 Provide speaker/strobes as indicated on the attached revised drawing. 4. E105 Three manual pull stations have been added on the main floor Three additional manual pull stations have been added in the gym and by the NW egress door The manual pull station in Reception 32 has been deleted. 5. E 105 Reception 32 has been noted as the location for the voice notification microphone and paging controls. 6 E606 Electrical Specifications for the fire alarm voice annunciation have been added 7 E606 Two spare fire alarm inputs and two spare outputs have been added. 8 E607 Electrical Specifications for the fire alarm voice annunciation have been added.
