RESOLUTION NO. 1241036—67 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING BID WITH OAK BROS TREE CARE & REMOVAL FOR <br /> TREE DELIVERY& PLANTING FOR USDA TREE GRANT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid for 100 trees from Oak Bros Tree Care & Removal included as <br /> Exhibit A,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Oak Bros Tree Care &Removal in the amount of$60,000.00 be <br /> hereby accepted, and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the cost of the tree purchase will be reimbursed by the U.S. Department of <br /> Agriculture Tree Grant, in accordance with the terms of the grant agreement. <br /> Section 4.
