RESOLUTION NOg2026— (iZ <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS AND LINDSEY ADULT DAY SERVICES,INC.FOR <br /> OPERATION UPLIFT TRANSPORTATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Service Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Lindsey <br /> Adult Day Services, Inc.,, attached hereto as Exhibit A, regarding member use of the City's <br /> paratransit system and payment of transit fares,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and said City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3.
