ORDINANCE NO.vv c '- 19 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE AND APPROVING <br /> THE AMENDMENT OF THE ENACTING ORDINANCE AND <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> 1104 Clement Ave - Forsyth <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1: That Resolution 2014-139 and the Decatur Macon County Enterprise Zone <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement, passed on the 1St day of December 2014 be, and the same is <br /> hereby amended at Exhibit A and Exhibit B thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the <br /> following: <br /> Amendment 12 <br /> Addendum A <br /> 07-07-23-106-001 1 1104 Clement Ave, Forsyth, IL 62535 <br /> Lot Four(4) of Oldweiler and Walter's Highland Place, as per Plat recorded in Book 536, Page <br /> 64 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. (Except coal and other <br /> minerals previously reserved or conveyed and the right to mine and remove the same).
