RESOLUTION NO. RADA—7l0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HUTCHINS EXCAVATING FOR THE DEMOLITION OF 333 E. MACON ST.,380 S. <br /> INDUSTRY CT.,AND 440 S. FRANKLIN ST. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of the vacant buildings <br /> at 333 E. Macon St., 380 S. Industry Ct., and 440 S. Franklin St., Decatur, Illinois and presented <br /> to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Hutchins Excavating in the amount of $349,800.00 for the <br /> demolition of 333 E. Macon St., 380 S. Industry Ct., and 440 S. Franklin St. be hereby accepted, <br /> and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
