RESOLUTION NO. R o —KO <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE <br /> BUSINESS FACADE PROGRAM <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the allocation in the amount not to exceed $100,000 of Community <br /> Revitalization Funds for the use of the Business Facade Program be accepted and approved. <br /> Section 2.
