RESOLUTION NO. o—ASS <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CDM SMITH INC. TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> FOR THE GALVANIZED WATER SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT, CITY PROJECT <br /> 2025-20 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for CDM Smith Inc., <br /> presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the City of <br /> Decatur and CDM Smith Inc., and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
