POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT ("PPA") <br /> 6. Anticipated Condition Satisfaction Date: September 30, 2025 (estimated) <br /> 7. Anticipated Commercial Operations Date: October 31, 2025 (estimated) or following <br /> completion of Purchaser's Punchlist,whichever occurs later. <br /> 8. Contract Year:Twelve (12) months,the first of which begins the first day of the month following <br /> the Commercial Operation Date. <br /> 9. Rebate Variance: All prices in this Agreement are calculated based on an upfront rebate of <br /> $44,000(Ameren mails check to utility billing customer name on file, and Buyer signs over to <br /> Seller.). If the actual rebate is lower than calculated, prices will be adjusted pro-rata to reflect <br /> the actual rebate received. <br /> 10. Illinois Solar for All:All projects in Illinois Solar for All will be compliant with the program <br /> requirements including the ownership of environmental benefits and applicable mandatory <br /> terms and conditions in the consumer disclosure such as the option to cancel, late fees, etc. <br /> (Exhibit 8). If Illinois Solar for All cannot be utilized,then the Seller will provide a modified <br /> agreement consistent with Illinois Shines program. <br /> 11. System Installation: <br /> Includes: [x] Design,engineering, permitting, installation, monitoring, rebate application& <br /> paperwork processing of the system <br /> [x] Limited warranty <br /> [x] Any like substantive equipment, in the sole discretion of the Seller <br /> [x] State or utility rebate, if any.
