d. This Contract may be executed in several counterparts and when so executed shall constitute <br /> one agreement binding on all parties hereto,notwithstanding that all the parties have not signed the <br /> original or the same counterpart. <br /> e. This Contract sets forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to <br /> the subject matter of this Contract,and there are no other promises,warranties or understandings,oral <br /> or written,of any kind or nature whatsoever among them with respect to the subject matter set forth <br /> herein. This Contract shall not be altered, amended, changed or modified except in a writing <br /> executed by the parties. <br /> f.
