rp, <br /> D. The Study is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act, <br /> Illinois Freedom of Information Act, and other applicable laws. The Commission will <br /> act in a timely fashion to provide documents or information to the Study that may <br /> be required for these purposes. <br /> 3. Personnel: The Study will provide staff members for the Comprehensive Bus Stop <br /> Assessment project. In addition, the Commission will also provide its staff resources to <br /> combine with the Study's staff for completing this project. The Commission represents <br /> that it has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required to perform the <br /> analysis set forth in this contract. <br /> 4. Scope of services: The Scope of Services is set forth in ATTACHMENT A which is, hereby, <br /> made a part of this agreement. <br /> 5. Compensation: <br /> A. The Study agrees to pay the Commission the sum of$180,115.27 (One Hundred <br /> Eighty Thousand One Hundred Fifteen and 27/100 Dollars) for the services set forth in <br /> Attachment A. <br /> B. The Study will pay the Commission upon requisition for payment. The requisition will <br /> specify the work performed and represent that it conforms to the covenants, <br /> agreements, or stipulations of the contract and, that under the contract, the <br /> Commission is entitled to receive the amount requisitioned. Requisitions for partial <br /> payment may be submitted and paid as the work progresses. Payments are due <br /> and payable within 45 days of the requisition date. <br /> 6.
