R0 4) - (1 3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENT#2 TO THE LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES,INC. <br /> SECTION 09-00933-01-BR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois authorizes Supplement#2 to <br /> the Local Public Agency Engineering Services Agreement for the Brush College/Faries Parkway <br /> Grade Separation project,presented to the Council herewith and attached as Exhibit 1, for a $0 <br /> Supplement for the reallocation of resources with various subconsultants to AECOM in providing <br /> resident engineering services for the aforementioned project known as Section Number 09-00933-01- <br /> BR. <br /> Section 2.
