4. Amendment to Section 2.4.2 (Completion). Section 2.4.2 of the Agreement is hereby <br /> amended as follows: <br /> "2.4.2 Completion. The Redeveloper shall Substantially Complete construction of the <br /> 148 E. Main Project and 112 N. Merchant Project within eighteen(18)thirty-six(36) <br /> months after commencement of construction : • • . .: . . • :: =.The <br /> commencement date is November 1,2024,and the deadline for Substantial <br /> Completion of the 148 E. Main Project and 112 N. Merchant Project is <br /> November 1,2027,or such later date as may be mutually agreed upon in writing <br /> by the City and the Redeveloper." <br /> 5. No Other Modifications. Except as expressly amended hereby,all terms,covenants, <br /> and provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect <br /> and are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br /> 6. Authority; Effective Date.
