94) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90 -�� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EIGHT-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH FLEX <br /> FINANCIAL, A DIVISION OF STRYKER SALES, LLC FOR THE ACQUISITION OF <br /> EIGHT LIFEPAK 35 CARDIAC MONITORS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves the Agreement with Flex Financial, a <br /> Division of Stryker Sales, LLC, attached hereto and marked Exhibit A for the purchase of eight <br /> Lifepak 35 Cardiac Monitors and related equipment in the amount of $87,427.05. <br /> Section 2.
