RESOLUTION NO. R2026- /0/ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO THE MACON COUNTY LAW <br /> ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CENTER FOR NEW POLICE OFFICER RECRUIT <br /> TRAINING <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the invoice from the Macon County Law Enforcement Training Center, <br /> attached as Exhibit A, as presented to the City Council herewith is hereby received, placed on <br /> file, and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or her designee be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute payment to the Macon County Law Enforcement Training Center on behalf <br /> of the City of Decatur in an amount not to exceed $57,330. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED, AND RECORDED this 18th day of May 2026. <br /> C"-- <br /> ,,l.
