RESOLUTION NO. vg0.*-/.0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH INTERA, <br /> INC. TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR FOR YIELD ANALYSIS OF THE HARRISTOWN VULCAN RESERVOIR, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2024-02 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Amendment presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made <br /> part of hereof, between Intera, Inc. and the City of Decatur, be, and the same is hereby,received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Amendment between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Intera, Inc. for a <br /> cost not to exceed$4,291.33. <br /> Section 3.
