LEGAL REVIEW: The amendment is consistent with the Professional Services Agreement previously <br /> approved by legal counsel. <br /> PRIOR COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> September 2, 2025 - City Council authorized R2025-246 approving an agreement with Intera, Inc. for <br /> professional services for a not to exceed fee of$151,219.00 for yield analysis of the Harristown Vulcan <br /> Reservoir. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: <br /> Intera <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, Public Works Director and Robert Weil, Water Production Manager. <br /> Matt Newell will attend the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: Budget Impact: The proposed Amendment to the professional services <br /> agreement with Intera, Inc. is for a fee of$4,291.33.
