Tire Lease Agreement IFB TR 2025-01 <br /> Government determines otherwise. Bridgestone or any subcontractor shall insert in any subcontracts all <br /> required clauses,along with any applicable forms,and shall also insert a clause requiring the <br /> subcontractor(s)to include these clauses in any lower tier subcontract(s). The clauses shall not be <br /> modified except to identify the subcontractor who will be subject to the provision. Bridgestone shall be <br /> responsible for compliance by any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor with the required clauses. <br /> 22. COMMUNICATIONS. This Agreement,Solicitation, Bid Documents,Attachments,and all its <br /> addenda, if any, contain the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter <br /> hereof and there are no other agreements, understandings,representations or warranties, whether express, <br /> implied,statutory or otherwise,other than as set forth herein. <br /> This Agreement cannot be amended except in writing signed by officers of both parties. <br /> 24. TERM OF AGREEMENT.The term of this Agreement shall become effective April 6,2026 and shall <br /> continue in effect through May 31,2028.
