Q. �t0a- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PAUL'S MACHINE AND WELDING CORP.,TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING,LABOR <br /> AND MATERIAL TO REBUILD THE SLUICE GATE HOIST MACHINERY FRAME <br /> FOR THE LAKE DECATUR DAM SOUTH SLUICE GATE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Services Agreement to provide engineering, labor and <br /> material to rebuild the sluice gate hoist machinery frame,presented to the Council herewith as <br /> Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the City of Decatur and Paul's Machine and Welding <br /> Corp., and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
