RESOLUTION NO. Ri03-(0-- I( <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND <br /> CONSERVATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR WATERWAY AND GRADE <br /> CONTROL STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS WITH FULK FAMILY FARM,LLC <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement, presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and Fulk Family Farm, LLC, and the same is hereby received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
