RESOLUTION NO.f/a(0-gP—1 1 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A <br /> CONTRACT WITH DUNN COMPANY,A DIVISION OF TYROLT, INC. FOR CITY <br /> PROJECT 2026-08,ANNUAL STREET RESTORATION, SECTION 26-00608-00-FP <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2026-08, Annual Street <br /> Restoration Project, and presented to the Council herewith,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, a Division of Tyrolt, Inc., be accepted, and a <br /> contract awarded accordingly, and that said contract between Dunn Company and the City of <br /> Decatur is for a total amount of$4,505,553. <br /> Section 3.
