RESOLUTION NO.R2Odo—I N <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A STANDARD NORTH AMERICAN CELLULAR AMI <br /> SOLUTION AGREEMENT WITH ITRON,INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement with Itron, Inc., for software license and services to <br /> upgrade the City's automatic metering infrastructure (AMI) hardware and software, presented to <br /> the Council herewith as Exhibit A, between the City of Decatur and Itron, Inc., be, and the same <br /> is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the quote of Itron Inc. Year 1 fees for Hosting, Data Storage, Online <br /> Customer Portal and Setup Fees,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit B, in the amount <br /> of$32,228.75, be accepted and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
