RESOLUTION NO92026- P-1 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLIC MURAL AT <br /> 130 N. FRANLKIN STREET—DECATUR PUBLIC LIBRARY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager be and she is hereby, authorized and directed to allow <br /> to be placed in the public building located at 130 N. Franklin Street public art, a mural as set <br /> forth in Exhibit A attached here to in celebration of the United States of America's 250th <br /> Anniversary and to allow said mural to remain so long as the Decatur Public Library is a lawful <br /> tenant of 130 N.
