ORDINANCE NO. O (r4 3 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE AND APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF THE ENACTING ORDINANCE AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR FUYAO DEVELOPMENT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1: That Resolution 2014-139 and the Decatur Macon County Enterprise Zone Intergovernmental Agreement, passed on the 1St day of December 2014 be, and the same is hereby amended at Exhibit A and Exhibit B thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: Amendment 13 Addendum A 12-17-05-100-017 Parcel 1: The East half(E 1/2) of Lots One (1) and Two (2) of the Northwest Quarter(NW 1/4) of Section 5, Township 15 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., lying South of the Illinois Central Railroad Right-of-Way. Situated in the County of Macon, in the State of Illinois. Parcel 2: The West half(W 1/2) of Lots One (1) and Two (2)of the Northwest Quarter(NW 1/4) of Section 5, Township Fifteen(15)North, Range Three (3) East of the Third Principal Meridian. Situated in the County of Macon, in the State of Illinois. Parcel 5: All of Government Lot One (1) of the Northeast Quarter of Section Five (5), Township Fifteen(15)North, Range Three (3) East of the Third P.M., lying North of State Highway 30 known as the Elwin-Mt. Zion Blacktop and West of Baltimore Avenue, located in Macon County, Illinois. 12-17-06-227-005 Parcel 6: The East Half(1/2) of Lot One(1) of the Northeast Quarter(1/4) of Section 6, Township 15 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, except therefrom one-half acre described as follows, to wit: beginning 16.25 Chains North of the Quarter section corner between Sections 5 and 6 in Township 15 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M, thence running West 2 Chains,thence North 2.50 Chains, to the present traveled road. Thence East 2.00 Chains,thence South 2.50 Chains, to the place of beginning.
