This work will be completed in collaboration with Lochmueller Group. The unique <br /> responsibilities of each team have been identified throughout the following scope. Tasks and deliverables will be <br /> completed based on the project timeline attached, which is subject to revisions as needed to meet the overall <br /> project goals. <br /> Task 1.1 —Project Communications and Coordination <br /> This task establishes the communication framework and public-facing information tools that will support the <br /> Comprehensive Plan and Unified Development Ordinance process. The Project team will develop and maintain <br /> project communication resources to ensure stakeholders, residents, elected officials, and partner agencies have <br /> consistent access to project information, engagement opportunities, schedules, documents, and project updates <br /> throughout the planning process.
