RESOLUTION NO.g-a0a40- — I'XC <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH INTERA INCORPORATED TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES TO THE CITY OF DECATUR FOR THE ALTERNATIVE WATER <br /> SUPPLIES UPDATE,CITY PROJECT 2024-05 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement with INTERA <br /> Incorporated presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof,between the <br /> City of Decatur and INTERA Incorporated and the same is hereby received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
