Church, and 804 W. Wood, and with Steve's <br /> Trucking for the demolition of 277 W. Prairie, and 1705 N. Main. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the attached <br /> resolution authorizing the execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The properties at 1729 N. Church, 804 W. Wood, 277 W. Prairie, and 1705 <br /> N. Main were put out for bid along with nine (9) other structures.
