RESOLUTION NO. f• a'w <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING AN AGREEMENT WITH FULK FAMILY FARM,LLC, <br /> FOR WATERWAY AND GRADE CONTROL STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
