RESOLUTION NO. i'1054--139 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT OF A REGIONAL INTEGRATED PLAN FOR WASTEWATER <br /> AND STORMWATER FOR DECATUR,ILLINOIS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Memorandum of Understanding for Development of a Regional <br /> Integrated Plan presented to the Council and attached hereto as Exhibit A, by and between <br /> the City of Decatur and the Sanitary District of Decatur to outline collaborative efforts and <br /> responsibilities of the parties to develop a Reginal Integrated Plan for Wastewater and <br /> Stormwater for Decatur, Illinois, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
