RESOLUTION NO.fityjip--I <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND <br /> CONSERVATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH LYNN CLARKSON FOR A <br /> BIOREACTOR DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT STRUCTURE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and Lynn Clarkson and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
