The inverter <br /> will be connected to power when the battery switch is on and system voltage is above the low <br /> voltage threshold or when the shoreline is connected. <br /> When the shoreline is connected to the truck, the internal auto transfer switch will allow AC <br /> shoreline power to pass through the inverter to the AC loads connected to the inverter. <br /> When the shoreline is connected to the truck,the battery charger function will be active. <br /> The inverter charger will be located in the rear storage area. <br /> KUSSMAUL AUTO EJECT FOR SHORELINE <br /> There will be a Kussmaul Model 091-159-30-120, 30 amp 120 volt AC shoreline inlet provided to <br /> operate the dedicated 120 volt AC circuits on the apparatus. <br /> The shoreline inlet will include a black weatherproof flip up cover. <br /> There will be a release solenoid wired to the vehicle's starter to eject the AC connector when the <br /> engine is starting. <br /> The shoreline will be connected to TBD . <br /> A mating connector body will be supplied with the loose equipment. <br /> There will be a label installed near the inlet that state the following: <br /> • Line Voltage <br /> • Current Ratting (amps) <br /> • Phase <br /> • Frequency <br /> There will be the mating connector body installed on the end of a 10/3 50 foot black SO cable <br /> shipped with the loose equipment. There will be a NEMA 5-30P, 30 amp 120 volt AC straight <br /> blade plug installed on the remaining end of this cable. <br /> The shoreline receptacle will be located Right side rear behind axle. <br /> RECEPTACLE,POWER POINT <br /> There will be four (4) 12-volt power point receptacles provided on the apparatus, one at each <br /> workstation (2), one at conference area, one in cab (overhead or on console). <br /> Bid#253 Page 9 Printed: 5/11/2026 <br />
