are actively leaking and need to be repaired before the City replacement project. The <br /> City owns the portion of the water service located on the right of way and will pay <br /> 100%of public property costs. <br /> Residential-Voluntary: The City will pay or reimburse 50% of the costs to a <br /> maximum of$3,000 for all-private property water service replacement work on eligible <br /> services whose owner decides to replace in advance of the City replacement project <br /> which is aniicipated to cover costs at 100%. The City owns the portion of the water <br /> service located on the right of way and will pay 100% of public property costs. <br /> Commercial-Leaking: By City Code,these services are wholly owned by the property <br /> owner from the main to the building. The City will pay or reimburse l0050% of the <br /> water service replacement costs to a maximum of$10.0005400. In addition, the City <br /> will provide traffic control for work being done in the street and the City will provide <br /> all pavement, sidewalk, and curb & gutter replacement. <br /> Commercial-Voluntary: By City Code, these services are wholly owned by the <br /> property owner from the main to the building.
