RESOLUTION NO. O Q'-153 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CLARK DIETZ,INC. TO PROVIDE DESIGN ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES FOR THE NORTH SUMMIT AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2026-18 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for Clark Deitz, Inc., <br /> presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the City of <br /> Decatur and Clark Dietz, Inc., and the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Clark Dietz, Inc., <br /> for a fee not to exceed $274,800. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 2026. <br /> 41. #1.//.
