RESOLUTION NO. R2026 ^ q <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING BID WITH SCHINDLER ELEVATOR CORPORATION <br /> FOR ELEVATOR REPAIRS AT 130 NORTH FRANKLIN STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid received for the elevator repairs at 130 North Franklin Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Schindler Elevator Corporation in the amount of$34,753.52 <br /> base bid and a project contingency of 15% ($5,213.00) be hereby accepted, and a purchase order <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
