RESOLUTION NO. R2026-k03 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHROIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH T2 <br /> SYSTEMS,INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF A SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR THE <br /> MANAGEMENT OF PARKING ENFORCEMENT FOR THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement with T2 Systems, Inc. for the purchase of a parking <br /> enforcement software system, attached as exhibit A, as presented to the City Council herewith, is <br /> hereby received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager, or her designee be, and is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
