P O — 1-1 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED FARMLAND <br /> CONSERVATION PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR A POND IMPROVEMENT WITH <br /> KOBS, LLC <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lake Decatur Watershed Farmland Conservation Program <br /> Agreement, presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and KOBS, LLC and the same is hereby received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
