RESOLUTION NO. R2026 - 1 q G <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD OF ILLINOIS AND SUN LIFE <br /> FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY GROUP HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN AND <br /> STOP LOSS COVERAGE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2027 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur current Administrative Services Only (ASO) Benefit Program <br /> and stop loss coverage shall expire December 31, 2026; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur needs an ASO Benefit Program and stop loss administrator for <br /> the period January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027; and, <br /> WHEREAS, BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois has been selected as ASO Benefit Program and <br /> Sun Life has been selected as the stop loss administrator. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the ASO Benefit Program coverage presented herewith to the City Council <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois and BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois and that Stop Loss coverage <br /> presented herewith to the City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
