CHURCH ST. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the quote for asbestos abatement of the vacant building at 525 N. Church <br /> St., Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the quote of M&O Environmental Company in the amount of$46,000.00 <br /> for 525 N. Church St. be hereby accepted, and a purchase order awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
