RESOLUTION NO. a..(C-i 5 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY FOR THE BROADWAY SEWER <br /> REHABILITATION ON MARTAIN LUTHER KING JR. DRIVE, CITY PROJECT <br /> 2022-01 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for a sanitary sewer crossing under the Norfolk Southern <br /> Railroad on Martain Luther King Jr Drive, presented to the City Council herewith, as Exhibit 1 <br /> and made part hereof, between the City of Decatur and the Norfolk Southern Railway Company <br /> be, and the same hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
