R2026-'d-04) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN FEDERAL <br /> EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY(FEMA) AND THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS AWARDED THROUGH THE ASSISTANCE TO <br /> FIREFIGHTERS GRANT <br /> TO THE DECATUR FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Grant Agreement between FEMA and the City of Decatur, attached as <br /> Exhibit A for$280,000.00, as presented to the City Council herewith is hereby received, placed <br /> on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
