• <br /> RESOLUTION NO.0Oa(o-Iq i <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE BRUSH COLLEGE <br /> ROAD PUMP STATION AND FORCE MAIN PROJECT, CITY PROJECT 2020-06 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for a sanitary sewer crossing under the Illinois Central <br /> Railroad Company on North 22nd Street (IL 121), presented to the City Council herewith, as <br /> Exhibit 1 and made part hereof, between the City of Decatur and the Illinois Central Railroad <br /> Company be, and the same hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
