The <br /> City Plan Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the petition at the October 8, 2026, <br /> meeting. The minutes of the meeting are attached. <br /> BACKGROUND:The applicant purchased the property in September 2026. The new owners <br /> discovered that the property was incorrectly zoned as an 01- Office District instead of the B2- <br /> Commercial District.
