RESOLUTION NO. R2026 - 1-15 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A <br /> PURCHASE ORDER FOR GARBAGE, RECYCLING,AND LANDSCAPE WASTE <br /> COLLECTION SERVICES AT MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS AND GARBAGE SERVICE <br /> FOR DOWNTOWN AND OAKWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD PEDESTRIAN CANS <br /> BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bids received for twenty-four (24) months of garbage, <br /> recycling,and landscape waste collection for Parking Garage C,Fire Station#1,Lake Management Office, <br /> Decatur Civic Center, South Water Treatment Plant, Municipal Services Center, Decatur Public Library, <br /> Decatur Mass Transit — Wood St., Decatur Mass Transit — William St., Decatur Police Department, <br /> presented herewith be, the same is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the attached bid tabulation document identifies Waste Management as the low <br /> bidder and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
