SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council approve the attached resolution authorizing the Procurement Officer to execute a purchase order with Waste Management. BACKGROUND: The bid proposal includes monthly garbage and recycling services and seasonal landscape waste collection.
