Forest Crest Drive: The Forest Crest Drive water main was replaced in 2012 and will be <br /> connected to the new water main on Alice Drive and St. Louis Bridge Road. <br /> Bidding <br /> Plans and specifications were prepared by Water Management and Public Works. The project <br /> was rebid on May 29, 2015 so that the scope of services could be modified from the original bid <br /> specifications. Bids were opened on June 16, 2015. The rebid amount is slightly higher than <br /> the original bid amount. The bid tabulation is attached.
