Anderson Plaza, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, 62523, until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2015, and thereafter publicly <br /> opened and read. <br /> ' DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: <br /> ' The proposed improvement is officially known as: <br /> 2015 MISCELLANEOUS SANITARY AND STORM SEWER <br /> ' IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2015-09 <br /> ' The proposed project herein specified and described includes the following work: <br /> ' This work shall consist of making point repairs in the City's storm and sanitary sewer <br /> system at various locations around the City including the installation of new manholes as <br /> required. This project will perform a majority of the City's rapid response storm and <br /> ' sanitary sewer system repairs through June 1, 2016, along with any additional storm and <br /> sanitary sewer repair work identified by the City. The work also includes pavement <br /> removal and restoration along with traffic control, and other items of restoration. <br /> ' INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: <br /> ' 1. Plans, specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from Decatur Blue Print, <br /> Inc. 230 West Wood Street, Decatur, Illinois, 62523, (217) 423-7589, <br /> www.decaturblue.com. <br /> ' 2. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. in the <br /> Public Works Conference Room on the 3rd floor of the Decatur Civic Center. <br /> In addition to project questions, the opportunity will be provided to discuss the <br /> City's minority participation goals. Attendance at this meeting is not required to bid <br /> on the project. <br /> 3. Payment shall be made to Decatur Blue Print, Inc. No refund will be made for the <br /> plans, specification, or proposal forms returned. <br /> ' 4.
